When someone asks: "So, who's film is it?" Brian will respond "Laurence", and Laurence will say "Brian".

Truth is - if these two production grunts had never married, there never would have been Avenet Images nor "Cold Blood." Brian has the titles of Director/Writer/Editor and Laurence has the ones of Producer/Cinematographer; but the reality is they are a collaborative team.

Brian

At the age of 10, Brian started writing stories and filming them on Super-8 film and vhs tape. After he graduated from the University of Southern California School of Cinema Television, he has worked professionally as a producer, director, writer and editor on various projects. However, his love has always been for taking his own ideas and making them happen.

"Freezer" is his first feature-length movie. His second is GHOST OF THE NEEDLE.

"My movies tend to involve elements of horror, black comedy and/or science fiction. I've written several scripts the past five years, but 'Cold Blood' was the one idea that insisted on being made. I couldn’t get it out of my mind-until I did it."

Laurence

Born in Tours, France, Laurence Avenet-Bradley came to the USA to study journalism. She soon found herself majoring in television/video production.

She has produced and shot television, corporate, and commercial projects for the past eight years. In 1997, she founded Avenet Images as an outlet for her black-and-white photography.

Avenet Images expanded into feature film making with "Cold Blood," her first film. Her second is GHOST THE NEEDLE.
